Try to find rod and staff

I already knew that the difference between staff and rod. We live in a good era. When it has not been research enough, we had mistaken. If is was, the staff and the rod those are still similar things to us.

During to do my ministry, there is a sheep I cannot care well. Because such as my character and personality.

Shepherds caring the flocks in the wildness would be the same. They also have troublemaker sheep such as did not follow them. Maybe there is a sheep which shepherds dislike.

Sometimes I thought that maybe they will be cared well by another pastor after me.

Of course, our God train us with various methods and through various people. But I am still a pastor of that sheep. How can I do?

I thought that the staff and the rod like a man. If I can use some people such as a staff or a rod, maybe, I can care well.

I need to consider various staffs and rods. I have to observe people (Rods and staffs which I have not developed until now) I have.
