Day 12
Today's ministries in our world when you look at them from the outside they seem to be running full blast. A good Shepherd knows how to lead his sheep , ministers and leaders into rest and relaxation. I believe this can only be accomplished if the primary leader knows how to sit back and play when the time comes. We have a saying in Texas:work hard, play hard. Some people only know how to work hard and when there is no work have a uneasiness about themselves. There seem to be a lack of understanding that on the seventh day God rest. We know that God rested from works and practically set aside one day. Obviously wisdom is knowing how to genuinely feed the sheep. This could be accomplished not only with Bible study and busyness, but by providing a chance to unwind with your brothers.
