Going After It

"Can we report, like David, ‘I went after it’?�

By personality, family background and training (especially as a Ranger), I tend to “go after it.� However, I can say that, in the church, that wasn’t completely true until after I’d been mauled by “lions� and left for dead.

On the other hand, after experiencing the protection and healing of my shepherd and his faithfulness to his Word, I’m twice the son of [heaven] that I was before. I wouldn’t wish my experiences on anyone, but I wouldn’t trade them either.
