This is an eye-opening book for pastors who is the shepherd of the flocks. The sheep are depending upon the shepherd. Pastors responsibility is to lead the sheep to the green grass and clean water then the result is the sheep will stick with his shepherd. A good shepherd always watches over the sheep. If you deal with them harshly all the sheep will be scattered and become food to the wild animals. Are we looking for a scattered sheep in the wilderness? As a shepherd or pastor, we need to lead them away from the wilderness the danger place where enemy can easily attack them. The sovereign Lord says “I will search for the scattered sheep on the day of clouds and darkness. I will lead them into rich pastures in the mountain. I will feed them and heal their wounds. When sheep face darkness be with them until the light rise on them. Never abandon them. Even in the rough and dirty paths so called shepherd or pastor must walk along with them. Jesus said; “I am the good shepherd; I lay down my life for sheep. Are we laying down our life for the lost sheep or the lost soul?
