During our look into the flock for two consecutive weekends we notice that we don't see one of our lambs. At the end of the day we ask someone if they know about so and so. After we don't get a satisfactory answer we call the home, or track the person down. Finally, we find the lamb and ask what is going on. Only to find out that this particualar lamb was offended by another lamb. To us it was a very small offense but this lamb is easily effected by others. She scattered in hopes that no one will notice. However, the sucessfull shephered is one who is able to notice, gather and restore those lost lambs that have been scattered.
