“To call such people ‘lost’ is to imply that they belonged in the fold all along.’ (CH 12, p.206) Do we run the risk of universalism in claiming that the ‘lost’ are all a part of the fold? Is that necessarily bad? Is it possible to be outside the "elect," if everyone was originally intended to be a part of the fold?
