Sin is always standing at the door. I have a friend that was recovering from Alcoholism. He was clean for over 5 years and wanted to go into ministry. It was about the time I started Arrow Leadership, and he started drinking again. It was something that I started watching change in his life. It was a problem with his family, especially his mother and father. He wanted to please them so much and everything he did to get their affirmation it was not good enough. I tried to help him but he could not see it. He was stuck in the addiction already. I had to let him go, he could not serve in the ministry until he got his life back into control. This was hard to do but I knew he would take me down if I did not let him go. |
