Appealing wolves in the wilderness are not just one time but every day, addition to the night. This makes Shephard awaken to watch flocks carefully. If Shephard is carelessness to care their flocks, in a twinkling shepherd will lose their sheep. A pack of shrewd wolves working together can easily remove several choice sheep. Also, sheep never ever has any defenceable system. If Shephard doesn't care them with deep attention, they easily were eaten by wolves. The same as a church today, Churched is facing dangers which wolves attack vulnerable congregations stepped away from groups. Today, pastors have to pay special attention vulnerable congregations and have self-protective activity. The result that pastors don’t care sheep makes sheep died by wolves. That is the reason why pastor’s role is very important.
